WTC Clubhouse Information for Guests

RENTAL RATE

The rental fee is $600 plus $450 deposit* ($1050).

*refundable after event and inspection


RENTAL HOURS

9:00am - 1:00am (Friday - Saturday)

9:00am - 10:00pm (Monday - Thursday).

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION TO BE INCLUDED WITH

  • Your current HOA statement
  • Government issued ID with current address


Clubhouse rentals include:

  • (50) folding chairs
  • (3) 30"x60" rectangular tables
  • (4) 60" round tables

The HOAs listed below have received approval by the Board of Directors of the Woodmore Towne Centre at Glenarden HOA and are invited to submit a rental application. If your HOA is not listed, please email the WTC HOA Board of Directors at board@wtc-hoa.org to become an approved HOA.

Guests interested in renting the clubhouse must complete an Application for Use and Rental Agreement; and submit identification with the name and address on the rental agreement, along with your most recent HOA statement when presenting the application.  The clubhouse rental application and welcome agreement can be downloaded via the links below.
