As you should be aware, you no longer have to wait to apply for your amenities passes and can now apply for them year-round using this Live Website/Application:

Should you apply for your pool passes and receive an error message and be redirected to the management company, or have any difficulties, please contact our Community Manager, Jamel Kornegay at JKornegay@cviinc.com to make sure that your account is current or bring your account current for eligibility.
Please refer to Woodmore Towne Centre HOA Pool Rules as a guide for appropriate conduct within the pool area. You can find a hard copy within your settlement package, or online on your CVI homeowner caliber portal at

While using the amenities, please remember to carry your amenities passes with you at all times. This helps onsite security officers properly identify homeowners and residents to ensure safety and exclusivity.
All household members should have a pass, including unsupervised children. All households in good standing with the HOA can bring guests to enjoy the amenities. Guests will be permitted per household, not per pass, and must be accompanied by a homeowner with a valid facility pass.
The number of permitted guests per household is as follows: 3 guests at the swimming pool, 2 guests at the basketball court or tennis court, and 1 guest at the gym. The amenities passes are free, however, there is a $5.00 replacement fee for lost passes.

The WTC Gym is open 7 days a week from 5:00am - 12:59am.

RENOVATION UPDATE
The Primary Board of Directors is in the process of scheduling a start date for the start of the renovation project. This project will include fencing around the basketball court, which when completed, will only be accessible via a key fob; the same will apply to the tennis court. The renovation project will also include re-pavement of the basketball court and tennis court; pickleball lines added to the tennis court, and both basketball rims/backboards will be replaced. Due to the renovation project, the basketball court will be closed (rims removed) within the next week or so and will reopen upon completion of the project, which is estimated to last 30-60 days.
Please consider this communication as the official notice for the closure/removal of the basketball rims and backboards. Updates for this project will be provided on our community website.
Please note, due to recent vandalism at the basketball court, resulting in damage to the backboards/rims (specifically, the one closest to the parking lot) the rim was removed and will not be immediately replaced due to the upcoming renovation project. The other rim is also slightly damaged (use at your own risk) and will not be repaired at this time; again, due to the upcoming renovation project. We will continue to monitor this rim and will remove it if we see further damage prior to the start of the renovation project.
