WTC EMERGENGY PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON SMITHVIEW PLACE AND STANDIFER PLACE EFFECTIVE JANUARY 24, 2026, AND UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!

Dear WTC Residents,

With the upcoming winter weather, the Board of Directors strongly requests the cooperation of all residents who live on Smithview Place and Standifer Place to park on the even-numbered side of the street ONLY until further notice.

This is necessary to ensure snowplows have full access to safely and effectively clear the streets. Vehicles parked on both sides significantly limit plow access and delay snow removal for the entire community.

Please carefully review and comply with the following requirements:

No parking is permitted in the alleyways at any time.
Residents are expected to use their garages and driveways whenever possible.
If you are currently parking on the street but have space available in your garage or driveway, you are required to move your vehicle.

Indented areas in the alleyways are NOT parking spaces. These areas MUST remain clear so that:

End units can safely back out of their garages, and
Snowplow trucks can maneuver and remove snow from the alleyways.

A photo is attached showing an example of these indented areas. Vehicles parked in these locations obstruct access and interfere with critical snow removal operations.

Once weather conditions improve, our tow company will be installing “No Parking” signage in these areas. Vehicles parked in restricted locations may be towed without further notice.

To avoid towing and to support timely snow removal, all residents must:

Park on the even-numbered side of the street only, and
Not park in alleyways or indented areas under any circumstances.

Your cooperation is not optional and is essential to maintaining safety, access, and emergency services during winter conditions.
