Dear WTC Residents,
With the upcoming winter weather, the Board of Directors strongly requests the cooperation of all residents who live on Smithview Place and Standifer Place to park on the even-numbered side of the street ONLY until further notice.
This is necessary to ensure snowplows have full access to safely and effectively clear the streets. Vehicles parked on both sides significantly limit plow access and delay snow removal for the entire community.
Please carefully review and comply with the following requirements:
Indented areas in the alleyways are NOT parking spaces. These areas MUST remain clear so that:
A photo is attached showing an example of these indented areas. Vehicles parked in these locations obstruct access and interfere with critical snow removal operations.
Once weather conditions improve, our tow company will be installing “No Parking” signage in these areas. Vehicles parked in restricted locations may be towed without further notice.
