Woodmore Towne Centre at Glenarden, affectionally nicknamed "WTC" by the homeowners, was established in 2014. After final construction in 2018, WTC is now home to 178 single family homes, 203 townhomes, and 98 condos.

WTC was built around Glenarden's pride and joy, Woodmore Towne Centre; which is home to Wegman's, Costco, LA Fitness, Best Buy, At Home, Copper Canyon, Starbucks, Chipotle, Nike Store, Sephora, and so much more.
